This Content Standards & Responsible Use Policy (the “Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and applies to your access to and use of the Pochemu website, games, software, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy is a binding set of content boundaries and enforcement standards between you and Pochemu LTD (“Pochemu,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Scope of Covered Content

This Policy applies to all content and user interactions within or through the Services, including without limitation user-generated content, generated content, drawn, illustrated, animated, stylized, or fictional content, as well as text, images, video, audio, interactive elements, prompts, metadata, comments, usernames, and in-game assets. The standards in this Policy apply regardless of artistic style, degree of realism, format, or narrative framing.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from creating, generating, uploading, submitting, distributing, displaying, requesting, or otherwise making available any content through the Services that violates the Terms, this Policy, or applicable law, or that is illegal, deceptive, misleading, or unethical in nature. You must not use the Services to promote or incite hatred, harassment, hate speech, violence, or discrimination, including on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. You must not use the Services to encourage self-harm, harm to others, or extremist ideology.

The Services enforce strict consent and safety boundaries. You must not create or share content that depicts or implies non-consensual sexual behavior, including content involving coercion, manipulation, exploitation, abuse of power, or incapacity to consent. Content depicting sexual violence, sexualized humiliation, or exploitative representations of vulnerability is prohibited. You must not create or share content depicting bestiality, necrophilia, or non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part, nor any exploitative fetishization of violence, injury, or suffering.

Pochemu has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexual content involving minors. This prohibition is absolute and applies in all forms, including drawn, animated, fictional, stylized, generated, implied, or symbolic content. You must not create, generate, depict, or sexualize any character that is, appears to be, is described as, or is reasonably perceived to be under eighteen (18) years of age. This includes youthful or childlike body types, school or childcare settings, age-regression or de-aging narratives, and any portrayal that could reasonably suggest a minor, irrespective of artistic style, narrative context, or genre.

You must not use the Services to promote cyberbullying, stalking, harassment, doxxing, extortion, blackmail, identity theft, fraud, financial exploitation, or other abusive or deceptive conduct. You must not introduce malware, spyware, phishing mechanisms, or other harmful code, and you must not seek to compromise systems, data, or user security.

You must respect intellectual property and personality rights. You must not upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, or that uses third-party material without authorization. You must not submit or generate unauthorized depictions of real persons, including celebrities or public figures, nor use names, likenesses, voices, or identities without valid rights and permissions.

3. User-Generated Content Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for any content you create, generate, upload, submit, or distribute through the Services, including any prompts you provide and any outputs you choose to publish or share. Pochemu does not endorse user content and assumes no liability for user content except where required by applicable law. The use of content-generation features within the Services does not relieve you of responsibility for ensuring that your content complies with the Terms and this Policy.

4. Content Moderation & Monitoring

Pochemu maintains moderation controls designed to detect, prevent, and remove prohibited content and to enforce this Policy. Moderation may include a combination of automated detection, human review, user reporting, and risk-based monitoring. Pochemu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and assess content and user activity, to restrict content visibility, to remove or disable access to content, to block content publication, and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected violations of this Policy. Where appropriate, Pochemu may preserve relevant records to support investigations and compliance obligations, subject to applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not attempt to circumvent any age gating, verification, moderation, security, or technical protection measures implemented by Pochemu. You must not harass, threaten, or abuse other users, engage in impersonation, or use the Services to facilitate scams, fraud, or other abusive behaviour. You must not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer or interfere with the Services’ safeguards, or otherwise misuse the Services in ways that may create legal, safety, or compliance risks.

6. Reporting Violations

Pochemu provides mechanisms for users and third parties to report suspected violations of this Policy. Reports may be submitted through in-Service reporting tools or by contacting Pochemu at support@pochemultd.com. Pochemu reviews reports promptly and may request additional information where necessary to assess the report. Where appropriate, Pochemu may restrict content and accounts during review to mitigate risk.

7. Copyright & DMCA

Pochemu respects intellectual property rights and maintains procedures to address copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act where relevant and EU copyright frameworks. Copyright infringement notices may be submitted to support@pochemultd.com. Where valid notices are received, Pochemu will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, disabling access, and account sanctions, and may provide counter-notice processes where required by law.

8. Enforcement, Sanctions & Cooperation

Violations of this Policy may result in removal of content, restriction of content visibility, temporary suspension, permanent termination of accounts, permanent bans, and any other actions Pochemu considers necessary to protect users and maintain compliance. Pochemu may cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law or where necessary to address serious policy breaches, including prohibited content involving minors, non-consensual content, fraud, or other illegal activity.

9. Policy Updates

Pochemu may update this Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, and compliance requirements. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
